MSU GC Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the product or return it for store credit. This will not be handled through the online store but by sending the purchased item/s back to the golf course at the purchasers expense.

Please note that returned products must not have been worn, in the original package, and with the original tags on it. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return may not be eligible for exchange.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

• discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

• make sure the returned items do not have signs of use and have original tags on them as well as folded neatly in the package being sent back
• package items in the original packaging to ensure they don't get dirty on inside of box on way back
• put your shipping label on the package and send back via FedEx or UPS
• provide name, address, phone number and email address

We will assess the products once we get them back and then contact you to get products either swapped out for correct item or issue a gift card for the balance

If the request for new product is eligible the MSU GC will send back to you at our expense.
